Multiple Users creation in Remote Desktop :
If we connect a multiusers to the remote desktop we follow this procedure i.e, to open Run and type "gpedit.msc"

It is a name of a Windows module or a tool that is used to administer or modify group policies. Gpedit.msc is a file name for the Group Policy Editor console. The Group Policy Editor console is mostly a graphical user interface for editing registry entries.
To click on Administrative Templates > Windows Component > Remote Desktop Connections > Remote Desktop Session Host > the double click on Connections and enable limit number of connections then enter number connections in the field of RD desktop maximum connections allowed.
