The old system data is replaced with a new one is called migration.
Types of Migration :
- Static Migration
- Dynamic Migration
Static Migration :
In static migration the data didnot change for certain time. Example Products, Services, Packages, Supplier, Customers, Vendors, Associates, Employess...etc.
Dynamic Migration :
In dynamic migration the data will be changed continuously i.e, Purchases, Sales, Account Receivables, Account Payables..etc.
Product Migration Process :
1. Open stoneprofits.com/admin
2. Choose In which system products are added
3. Click on SPS check system
4. To click on Setup > Initial Data Migration
5. To click on products and enter migrated by and date.
6. Choose file and upload a file and then check following fields are checked are not i.e, Required fields check, Duplicate Records Check, Populate Id's and then Push data.
7. After Pushing data in system to test the following data is correctly uploaded are not for this we follow below procedure.
